More details regarding the presentation will be forthcoming. Presenter: Jarrod Nichol, BS Jarrod is an award-winning change champion, having worked in Higher Education and Biomed for nearly 20 years. He specializes in Change Management, and the people side of Continuous Improvement. Currently he directs the Continuous Improvement program at the Faculty of Medicine within McGill University. Jarrod is a graduate in Mathematics from McGill University, and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the John Molson School of Business. He’s a founding member of the global Vivarium Operational Excellence (VOE) Network. He’s a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CLSSBB), Change Management professional, public speaker, facilitator, mentor, and coach. Jarrod has worked with multibillion-dollar organizations to restructure and reform processes, improve human resources practices and organizational development programs, initiate and deploy strategic plans, save money, and bridge the generational gaps in workforces. Jarrod embodies “Lean/Six Sigma.” He believes strongly in the people-centric philosophy of Lean and the awesome power of Six Sigma’s data analysis.
