IACUC 101 & 201

The August 2 - 3, 2017, IACUC 101 Series courses IACUC 101 and IACUC 201 will take place at Georgetown University Hotel and Conference Center. Georgetown University Hotel and Conference Center is nestled among the historic streets of Georgetown. It is located at the heart of the Georgetown University campus inside the Thomas and Dorothy Leavey Center. The serene location, away from the clamor of downtown, coupled with the comfort and elegance in the hotel’s guest rooms allows guests the opportunity to indulge in the history and culture of this charming corner of Washington, DC. IACUC 101™: "The Basics" – A full day didactic and interactive educational opportunity for both new and seasoned IACUC members, IACUC affiliates and others who contribute to their institution's animal care and use program. IACUC 201: "The Process" - A highly interactive program that applies fundamentals of IACUC 101™ to the mechanisms necessary to achieve compliance, ensure animal welfare and facilitate animal research.
